Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is surrounded by a number of great restaurants and is in close proximity to the tram station, making it easy to get around. I also loved the convenience of the free tram direct to the airport. The spacious and modern rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The noise level in some of the rooms could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations. the room was beautifully designed with exclusive facilities like a private balcony and a fabulous spa tub. the service was top-notch, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. the restaurant was great, and the food was delightful. We enjoyed the fantastic bar area with a wide range of drinks. the location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see.
The slow service at the breakfast area, which could be improved. the quality of the food was excellent, and the selection was ample.

Great location and friendly staff! The hotel was conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do during our Christmas trip. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, making our stay even better. The restaurant on-site had a nice selection of food and the service was excellent. We also appreciated the transportation service provided, making it easy for us to explore the city.
The view from our room was not the best, as it overlooked a neighboring building.

We loved the excellent furnishings and the great comfy bed in our room. The bath was a wonderful addition for relaxing and unwinding. The hotel's central location provided easy access to theatres and the mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there were plenty of power points for charging devices. The waitstaff at the in-house restaurant were extremely courteous and helpful with their wine recommendations. the hotel provided a welcoming and comfortable stay for low-budget travelers like us.
